yes, our first phone call, zoom and site visit if needed is complimentary if the site within 40 miles radius of me. But we don't start designing before a signed contract.

• We like to charge a fixed fee, if additional services needed later that will be a separate charge.

• For home addition, a minimum fee will be 15,000 for 1000 sqft, but it can be more.
